The Parparos Lachochma (a commentator on Likutay Moharan) explains in his introduction that it was the desire of the rebbe was that those who learn Likutay Moharan should try to understand the amazing connections between all of the topics in every Torah in Likutay Moharan.
Rav Nosson in Chaya Moharan (389) describes the connection of the parts of the torah Likutay Moharan, there he says that the connections of topics is like weaving or building where first the rebbe connects 2 things together (א and ב) then he attaches a third thing (ג) to the second (ב) with many amazing connections.
Similarly he continues to connect the third(ג) thing to a forth thing(ד). Afterwards he will usually connect all four things together, since at first the first thing is only connected to the fourth through its connection to the second and the second with the third but there is no connection from the first directly to the fourth. So he will then connect the fourth thing to the second directly using a pussuk or chazal or some other proof so all these four things will now be attached much stronger.
Then he goes on and attaches a number of other things one to another (ה,ו,ז and ח) and this new package (ה,ו,ז and ח) he will attach to the first package (א,ב,ג and ד).
At first there is only a single connection between a certain item(א) in the first package and a certain item(ה) in the second package.
Then he goes back and builds connections and proofs attaching the third item(ג) of the first pack to the fourth item(ח) of the second pack and from there to the second item(י) of the third pack.
This Rav Nosson heard from the Rebbes holy mouth only seven days before he passed away.
Rav Nosson says there that we must elaborate on this and give many examples from Likutey Moharan in order for some of the system of this holy sefer can be understood.
With Hashems help I will post more on this topic.
